Listing and selling homes and getting your short sale approved.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
As a broker for the past 17 years I have arranged financing for homes to investment properties now solely working as a listing agent for the seller on their short sales or fair market property sales. I also work with banks telling them the potential value of their assets in the month to come, so I have extensive back ground in pricing property for sale.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
It is all about great customer service, keeping the client informed in every step of the process.
