What is your primary product or service?
Business computer network solutions, starting with design, to cabling/fiber/voice installation, sales of required hardware and software, installation/deployment/support of hardware and software, to ongoing support and maintenance of these systems (warranty and non-warranty). Solutions include traditional networks, VOIP phone technology and IP video surveillance systems.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I've worked in technology most of my life, and it started as a hobby in my teens. This is my 3rd technology company.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We provide full service solutions to meet the technology needs of businesses, supported by the largest local staff in the valley, with expertise in specific technologies and a relentless pursuit of ongoing training and certification to insure that we deliver the most highly qualified services and solutions to our customers with LOCAL staff (no subcontractors, and no people pulled in on a temp basis from the Bay area - every employee is full time, with full benefits). The company was started by someone with extensive experience in the enterprise (vs. limited hobbyist knowledge of many competitors) to provide solutions on par with what is delivered by much larger Bay area companies, but done locally, with local people.
