What is your primary product or service?
Providing OSHA & EPA HazMat, environmental & employee safety compliance to California-based businesses, both public and private.
Our primary client stores, handles, and otherwise uses hazardous materials which may be flammable, combustible, corrosive, toxic, reactive and/or under pressure and may generate hazardous waste materials.
Whether it be annual HazMat Plans and reporting, Spill Control Plans, Heat Safety Plans, Electric Safety Plans, Injury & Illness Prevention Plans, Storm Water Plans & reporting, et.al., businesses can call on Pacific Management Services for compliant documents & consulting.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
The owner has earned BA, MBA and PhD degrees in business administration, organization and management and has 30 years' experience in compliance programs. Our HazMat Specialist holds an engineering degree from UCLA & currently is in the MBA program at Fresno State. The General Manager is a Bachelor of Science graduate of Fresno State University with 15 years' increasing experience at Pacific Management Services, managing the details of clients' compliance plans and records.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
"PacMan" is the only California professional compliance consulting firm majoring in multiple OSHA & EPA regulated programs, serving as an advocate for businesses as they comply with comprehensive federal, California and local HazMat regulations and CA employee safety laws. We specialize in more business-regulated programs than any other consulting group so as to provide a synergistic, complete, compliance program for our clients.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one (1) location, centrally located in the heart of California, in Fresno. History has proven this single location is best since our staff makes site visits all over California at our client's businesses for a hands-on audit evaluation of HazMat & safety needs.

Our office is located 1/4 mile SW of Fresno Air Terminal (also known as Fresno Yosemite International Airport) in the Airport Industrial Park. Our address is 1735 North Fine Street, Suite 101, Fresno, CA 93727 and is located south of Clinton Ave. and slightly north of McKinley Ave.
What type of payments do you accept?
A service fee for one (1) full year of compliance coverage is due upon the beginning of services. (When necessary, we accept 2 or 3 monthly equal payments without a finance charge.) Every annual renewal assures a perpetuatual and continual, long-term compliance program.

All businesses within the state of California plus corporate/affiliate businesses in neighboring states.

Pacific Management Services is a sole proprietor-owner operated consulting firm with a professional staff available and on call.
What are your hours of operation?
Hours are Tuesday through Friday, 9 AM-5 PM (closed for lunch, on weekends, Mondays & holidays). An answering machine covers the office 24/7. Consultants may be away from the office making client on-site visits, however, technology allows us to be in contact with clients and our office during the week.
