Appraising of single family homes in all of Fresno and Madera Counties. Purchases, REOs, refinances, valuations, estate appraisal, bail bond appraisals, credit union appraisals, Divorce, bankruptcy
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Started out with Guarantee Savings and was promoted into appraising after three years of processing of real estate loans. Also worked as an administrative assistant in the Appraisal Department for one year.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I am local. I love working with real estate and I enjoy meeting people.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I have one location in Fresno. I cover all of Fresno and Madera counties. No current plans to expand at this time.
