How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Doug Noll was a successful trial lawyer for 22 years. Seeking a better way to serve people in conflict, he went back to school to obtain his Masters Degree in Peacemaking and Conflict Studies. In 2000, he left his law practice and began his full time mediation and consulting business.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Doug Noll is one of the few United States mediators certified under the International Mediation Institute in The Hague. He is the author of two acclaimed books and the host of a radio show dedicated to peacemaking and conflict resolution.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Doug is located in the Fresno-Clovis area and serves the entire San Joaquin Valley and the central coast of California.
